if i would have to change every pic removing license plates, that would take me a VERY long time, some of you know my shooting habbit,
besides like bob said, it's public, the car is in a public place and i just don't care, if an owner asks me to pay attention to it, then i will ofcourse respect it, else i won't waste my time in it and besides it looks ugly on a pic, and i always notice it cuz for some reason it bothers me and then i start to think what else did they change on this pic
