WTB Engine Block

Try T. Rutlands or Dennis McCann Ferrari parts. T Rutlands is usually cheaper, but I don't know about availability of V12 blocks. McCann will be more expensive, but more likely to have what you need. FWIW

What do you think it will cost?

I couldn't say for V12 blocks, but when I was looking for a V8 block, T Rutlands had "rebuildable blocks" (their words) with no pistons, ancillaries, etc. starting at $1,000.00USD. A short block with some ancillaries was about $5,000.00 if memory serves me. McCann was over $10,000.00 for the same thing. V12's I don't even want to guess...
