Would you buy a Ferrari from a personal injury lawyer who was arrested for beating up his girlfriend?

Emailed pics look good-no records though, but price is very low-
Too far to inspect personally-

Should I have a garage in the area check it out for me or just walk and only buy after a test drive can be had?
