Hi Guys!
I succeeded in buying a black 1990 Testarossa which I love; unfortunately it is in the shop right now. Over the winter I plan on having the water pump changed and doing the belt job as well as changing the plugs and hoses. To help save a few dollars I would like to buy the parts and give them to the garage that is doing this for me, any ideas where I can buy parts?

You should ask your mechanic first... if you pay the mechanic's mark-up on the parts, they will usually warranty the parts/labor. Meaning you could possibly get a defective part and have to pay the mechanic twice for the labor. Sometimes, I've even been able to get the mechanic to adjust his price if I tell him I can get the parts cheaper and from where, etc. Just a suggestion.
