What kind of exotic cars are in your area? like a 1 mile radius. (not including your own or dealerships).
For me it's:

2 Ferrari 355 spiders
1 Ferrari 348
1 Ferrari Testarossa
1 Ferrari 308
1 Porsche Carrera Gt
1 Aston Martin DB7
1 Mercedes/Mclaren SLR
1 Maserati Spyder
2 Bentleys
1 Rolls Royce
Too many Porsches to count.
As you can see, I live in a very affluent area

well, that's a bit difficult since a lot of stuff never or seldom comes out to play

i know of a Testarossa close by, but i've only seen the car since he had left the garage door open, i have never seen the car on the driveway.

Best around me is a 2004 Thunderbird, which I thought was pretty cool until you guys go and list the cars near you.

And that includes dealers!

Within say 5km there's a 360 Modena from somewhere, plus a yellow Diablo VT I've seen a couple of times and a Hoinda NSX.

In my street just a few Jags, a Monaro/GTO, a Lotus Europa & me.

and before the summer i had a 360 spider about 300 meters from my house, but he moved

and i just remembered that there are also 2 456 & a 550 maranello pretty close here

In haren there are a few collectors I believe, with the Silver Enzo, but that is several km's away, and I never go there since all cars are parked inside anyway. In Groningen itself is very little to see.

yes no wonder, Groningen is for about 90% filled with students, so for 99% of those no ferrari, and the rest is filled with cows, so no ferrari's their either :green:

I live near RTP, which is the Research Triangle Park. It has been called the Silicon Valley of North Carolina. Several huge drug companies are in this area as well as IBM (Whom my father works for). This region is very well off in the wallet zone. I just need to get a piece of the action.

Yellow Carrera Gt,959, Ruf CTR2, (i don't mention here any Porsche Turbo, Cabrio turbo and GT2s, they are too common...), Gemballa GTR 600 in race spec, several Miurcelagos, Diablos etc,genuine AC cobras, 1-2 McLaren F1 (including but maybe already sold a F1 LM), Pagani Zonda, 2-3 Enzos, several F40s, F50s,612s, countless bentleys, Rollers (Phantom and earlier), Maybach, any merc you can think of, several Vanquish (again, i forget the DB7, DB9, Virage etc, too frequent to count) and so on...
And most of these owners prefer to adopt a "low profile" while in Geneva when compared to Monaco...

i know what you mean, Swiss has an amazingly lot of collectors & dealers, and that for a country where racing is illegal.
altough you do spot some very fun cars cruizing around there, it's nothing compared to Monaco
i have the same problem here in belgium, i have a pretty nice idea of what is hidden here, BUT they seldom come out to play, some of them never come out to play

I'm as surprised about the Elise's as you. The even more amazing thing is that there is a Lotus Elise Club in the area. I was totally dumbfounded

gougoul, I travel to Geneva fairly frequently and the last time I was there a colleague was telling me about a Ferrari collector who lives on the lake. He indicated that this collector has a large underground garage with about 50 rare sports cars in it, including several rare early Ferraris.
