My parents saw this on their vacation in the south of france
the car belongs to the owner of a ferrari store in St Tropez
and they thought that i wanted this as my next car :lol:

My mother is determined to bring one of those to the states.
She fell in love with them while my father and her lived in Paris.

Are you kidding me, half those (acutally ALL) small Euro cars aren't available here in the US. I don't think it could pass our bumper test. If an SUV rear-ends you in that thing, your dead.

These cars are pefect for cities like Florence. Those who have been there will know that bis saloons are a no no. Check out the Brabus version!!

when the Smart was launched they did a head on colision with a Merc S
the entire front of the S was destroyed and the Smart had little damage, suprisingly that is a very save car
and i do like the new smart coupe

Stradale it's a very good car for most old european city's
they drive like crazy in Paris
even the cops of Antwerp have them as a patrol car (still don't untherstand what they will do with the burglar when they catch him)

One rumor I have heard says that Dalmier-Crysler will bring the Smart Car to the states in 2005. But that is just a rumor.

As far as police dept. having Smart cars...see for youself. :D
