Unfortunately i missed the Grand Prix rally by an hour...will try to go next year.....i joined the back end of the crowd later in the after noon..tons of cars....amazing..

Sorry there's no F1 testing tomorrow. F1 activities start only on Friday. I downloaded the programme from the net, that's how I know.

But there'll be Porsche GT3 Cup and V8 Supercars practice though. I'll be at Jones stand, just look up and search for the Ferrari Owners Club KL stand. I'll be there at 2pm to watch the GT3 race and the V8 Supercars.

I'm going to see my friend Karl Batson who's the chief mechanic for Jim Richards in the Porsche Cup race. He told me the factory sent the wrong engine , it was a 2003 when they had ordered the 2004 engine. So Jim may be a bit disadvantaged.

Well, that sounds cool. So you'll be able to get into the pitlane perhaps? That's too bad about the engine though. How much of a difference is there, if there is any between the '04 engine and the '03 version?

I was supposed to introduce my friend who's racing in his GT3 Cup car to Karl, with the intent of them tying a deal so that Karl can crew for him in his endurance race in Sepang. But my friend decided at the last minute to come in only on Friday. So it's Friday then.

The pits for the supporting races are away from the main pits. They are in the centre of the track, behind the main pits. I'll have to call Karl before I can get in I think.
