a Daytona goes for 100.000 - 180.000 US$

A good 330 GTC or the even rarer 365 GTC for $75,000 would be a great buy. In terms of performance per dollar in todays market, the first Boxer - the 365 BB has to be one of the best.

yes the 365BB would be great, but i think that personally i would go for a 330 GTC then, the lines & simplicity on that car is great.
and it might be more rewarding for you aswell, since you already have a 512 BB wich is basically an improved 365 BB
altough a 365 BB (50.000 - 100.000 US$) is normally cheaper then a 330 GTC

I think I will start very slowly looking for both a 330/365 GTC and a 365 GT4 BB. It will be interesting to see what can be found in a reasonable price range.

Prices are all around the $100k mark and they need some work. A bit dear for my wallet. Have not seen a single reasonably priced 365 GT4 BB yet. Did find one but the asking price was so far over market I did not even bother to contact the owner.

Just a brief update. Still looking for the right 365 GT4 BB, after 5 months. To date I have had little luck at finding a good car at a reasonable price. Hopefully one will emerge during the spring auctions.

I have checked a large range of independent dealers, auctions, and classifieds (Auto Trader, Auto Scout 24, Ferrari Buy). There are a couple of 365 GT4 BB's for sale but the asking prices are either very high or the cars are questionable.

What was the average price for the 365GT 2+2s you saw? and does anyone have any idea what kind of rise/drop they will experience over the next few years?

There was a fairly wide spread on 365 GT 2+2 prices. Low was Euro 35k/$30k and high was around Euro 65k/$70k. US prices on this model took a big leap in the last 18 months and this was partially reflected in some of the prices I saw in Europe. My feeling is that you can get a good car in Europe for Euro 45-50K and and an outstanding one for Euro 60k. Anything under Euro 40k is suspect. Despite the run up in US prices, this is not a high demand model here and a few of the cars I looked at are still for sale over a year later.
