In terms of tires, I can't give much advice. But I do have an answer for your brake pads. Board sponsor DexM offers track pads for the 360. There is a post in this same section regarding the pads. They are Razzo Rosso brand pads, and are a Carbon Kevlar compound. The compound is designed speciffically for track use. Contact us if we can be of further assistance.

I don't mind the absence of slots as I check the wear myself. I will get Pagids if I can find some. The Challenge cars use bigger calipers and discs, so they're no help.
Tyres, use either Pirelli Rosso Corsa or Michelin Pilot Sports Cup. They're semi-slicks with shallow grooves and suitable for the road bu fantastic on track.
