Man it has been a long time coming!!! I have been so busy with work and everything else I just haven't had time to mess with it. Just got home Friday night, no hot water. I messed around with the furnace yesterday and today I ended up putting in a brand new electric water heater. I had all the plumbing done and Rick came over and helped me wire it up. We got done in pretty good time and another buddy stopped over and we had a couple cold ones.
I went down to the basement and grabbed the Ferrari battery. I peeled the cover off and said, "Let's see if this baby will run." We checked the battery and it was "ok", I dropped it in and put the battery charger on it on high. I got in and I'll be damned the thing fired right up! I had "fogged" the engine before putting it away for the winter so it smoked for a while but that soon cleared up. I'll tell you what, that Crane Cams ignition I put in was worth every single penny and more.

We took it for a quick ride to the store and had some teens on bikes giving us the thumbs up and saying "nice car!". I think she's on the road for the summer now.

What exactly does it mean when you said you "fogged" your engine for the winter? I have never heard this term.
It is a storage oil that you spray in the cylinders before storing the engine. You spray this oil (like a foam) into the intake while the engine is running and the thin film coats all the internal components and protects them from rust.
