Can a F1-Transmission be fitted in a 512TR/F512M?

I very much doubt it.

It can be done. No doubt. depends on the size of the bucket you have. Filled with money offcourse. There is a I believe F512M out there that is completely converted for the sultan of Brunei, and it has some kind of tiptronic gearbox. I think F1 can be done as well, as long as you have the money.

Is it a very smart choice? uhm, no
You can buy a much faster and more reliable car from the money you put in it, and when you do a good buy, that one has a F1 gearbox too. But that wasn't your question.

Sorry - Dr Bob is of course right - if you spend enough, you can have anything you like!! You can probably have a 512tr with 2 jet engines, if (a) your pockets are deep enough, and (b) you're daft enough!!

If the question is "Is there someone out there making an F1 kit for a 512?" then the answer is undeniably "no".

i'll take a gated gearshift over F1 anytime...well at least until they fix the few niggling problems associated with it. Then it's F1 for me too~!
