Ferrari 308GTS 328GTS

Hotwheels is the only manufactor that may make Ferrari 1:18 scale models.
Sometimes i see models of manufactors like, Kyosho, UT and Maisto.
When i see them i buy them at once because they won't be made anymore.
Last week i bought a Kyosho Ferrari 365/GT4, he wasn't cheap but i want my collection complete.
I've got about 35 Ferrari 1:18 models.
Please let me know if someone finds a Kyosho, or an other manufactor, 308GTS or a 328GTS. These are the cars i stil want.

Hello everyone!!!! :) I am new here, but the first thing I noticed was the scale car thread. I collect 1/18 scale Ferraris, and I really enjoy them. I have 82 cars to date and counting.
Tifoso_Boy,
Welcome to the forum. Wow thats a huge collection you have. If you can fit them all in one picture I'd love to see them.
hey Tifosi_Boy
80 1/18th's
that takes up a lot os space.
Personally i think that they are too big and the level of detail isn't good enough.
I have about 130 Ferrari's, but most of them are 1/43th

As soon as I can figure out how to post a pic,I will show them to you all. I recently added a 550 barchetta in black, but it is not in the pic.
that looks nicely done.
is that all??
i thought it would be more
Very nicely done!8) Is that shelfing in the garage? I like the way you have the yellows with the yellows and so forth. My collection is at 18 and they are also all 1:18 scale. Dirk is the detail of the smaller models really that much better? I know there are much better models that Burrago and I've seen 1:18 models that have cloth stiched to the seat. Its all preference, 1/43 is a little too small for me but I could meet you halfway with 1/24. :D
They're actually in a room, no way would I keep them in the garage. It is a pain to have to clean them once a month, but I do it with 'love'. Also, thanks for noticing the way I match the colors and models together. I'm always looking to add to my collection, and yes the 1/43rd have better detail. Too bad I could never afford to buy 82 of them, that's why I stick with the 18's. It allows me to show my passion and obsession with Ferrari. My friends think I'm crazy, but once they see the collection they appreciate my desire for Ferrari.
The shelfing is good, but you have to clean it a lot.
I have a special closet for it, so i only have to clean it once or twice a year. but it takes several hours.
Here's a pic of the closet, it contains a part of my collection, i have more  .
Andrew check to other pic to give you an idea of the level of detail on a 1/43.
OK, it's not a Ferrari, but still a great model.
I can make some close-ups of Ferrari's if you want

I see your point DJ, because no matter what I do-the dust keeps creeping in!!! But honestly I can't figure out a way to display all of my cars without having a dust problem.
i know the dust is really anoying.
if you have them in open air, the dust crawls in every where, if you don't clean them for a while then you have problems getting it cleaned.
My closet was the "cheapest" solution that i could find and that could fit a lot of cars
I have my 'babies' behind sliding glass doors, yet the dust still manages to get in!!! I can only imagine if they were out in the open!!!
there are glass sliding doors in front of it??
didn't notice it, i use it too, but there isn't that much dust.

I know what you mean when you tell people that you collect, they call you nuts, waste of money and stuff like that.
Untill they see my collection
They are usually suprised by it, and think it's amazing
Dirk,

I noticed in your cabinet you have a limited edition Detail Cars 1:43 model (in the red-velvet box).

Which model of Ferrari is it?

I have one as well, of a 512 TR in Grigio over Red, plus I have a Detail Cars 1:43 kit 348 ts, which I made, Black over Tan with Red carpets. I added extra detail like seat belts and the carpet (the carpet I used red flocked-paper).
