As you are aware you want to be careful when jumping the car. Would it not be safer to attach a trickle charger and let the battery recharge?

I thought the electronics of the car won’t be happy if you jump start the car, though need to admit not knowing the exact details. I installed a ctek quick connect to the battery so can easily hookup that device to trickle charge. However, I learned the hard way that you need to switch off power to the car with the black knob under the hood before you connect the ctek or any other charger. My battery typically holds power for several weeks without issue unlike some other cars I have😅 so don’t have to use it that often. Beside I drive the car every other day. Though if I doubt, say after a long trip away, I’ll connect the ctek the evening before I go for a drive.
Anyhow, my 2c!
