Some more pictures recently in to show elimination of all rust. Now that the chassis is strong and straight, the monocoque will be painted and returned to my brilliant specialist who will begin reassembly. Slowly the 40 year dream is becoming reality...

As I'm doing a similar amount of work, I'm wondering how the guys cleaned the engine block to make the aluminum casting look new? I've been glass bead blasting and tumbling my smaller parts.

My transmission came out that clean, they just put it in a big industrial washer with hot water and detergent.

What a strange comment on your rear clam, David. "Passing roosters". Roosters is grilles in Dutch. But passing is not a word. Seems it was half English, half Dutch?
