When Boxer showed me the engine of his F40, it kind of looks like this:

But I'd seen pictures of other F40s that look different, like this:

See how the air intakes for the engine and brakes are different??

Is that difference because of the year the cars were produced? Can you explain that to me??

yeah, that's what I thought, but does anyone know when they changed it, and why?

maybe the early F40s had cooling problems, including the rear brakes?
