:green: Hey guys,, just got my wheels powder coated,, the guy gave them a powder primer, powder silver, and a powder clear coat, looks relly cool.. Ill get a camara in a week or two and try to post photos, but Im bad at posting photos,Mick ha: :wink: As you can see I have no photo nekt too my post,,,,,,,,,Hint,Hint,Hint, Enzo or Peter :green: :green:

:roll: THE best way I could dicribe a powder coat finnish is ,,the way a motor cycle frame is finnished,or a air compressor,trailer hitch,heavy machines in a gym are finnished ,,..1st they bead blast the wheel in a sealed glass box, down to virgin metel,, Then I belive they electro charge the wheel some how ,then spray the powder on, then pre heat the oven to 450 and then bake it for I think 30 minets, let it cool down ,which is another 50 minets,, After that they spray the colour powder you want,repet process, then spray the clear powder on and repet ,,You are left with a verry verry tough finnish,, aAs opposed to regular paint spraying of the wheels..I think thats how its done,Mick. :green: :green: ha:
