That was SO awesome... it is so incredibly hard to fly that low and keep your plane steady... massive respect for the pilot. Plus bonus points for making fun of the camera dudes :p

According to Ray Hanna, the pilot - "At 15-20ft it wasn't particularly low. Only when you get to 6ft in a single prop' plane do you have to be a bit cautious."

That is an awesome photo, but I'm not sure I want a spit fire just 20 feet above my head but I do love a good airshow. When I lived in the southeast I went to the Dayton airshow a few times and my city had one every year before the Kentucky Derby.
If you like old cars being raced and old planes being flown for real you can't beat the Goodwood Revival meeting.
