I saw it yesterday.
When I see pictures of these for sale, I don't even look at the details.
That guy is just making a joke.
The carfax thing it explained easily. The first 3 places indicate the manufacturer and the factory where the car was made. Because Ferrari only has one factory, the first three are always ZFF. By my knowledge a VIN never starts with a number. And there are more faults in in. You should look at http://www.red-headed.com/articles/vin.html. Everything about decoding a VIN for a Ferrari is explained there.
