$98,000

It now has broken the $100,000 barrier.

Not to depress things further, but I know of 2 LHD 550's with mileage in the 20-30k range for sale in the UK for under GBP 47k.

Good question and I have no idea what the answer is. I have just checked several places where I can normally find this type of information. In all cases the data for the 550 was blank. Will do some more research tonight.

3600 seems like an estimated number. Odd if the factory produced on an even number like that, possible but not the Ferrari way of doing things.

Yes, 448 customers cars and 14 experimental/prototypes

Yeah, it doesn't sound estimated.

The 3708 is not an estimate. It came from a very reliable source (Ferrari by Pininfarina by E. Cornil). The only element that is not clear is if the 3708 included the prototypes.
