actually it happened to me also last year when I purchased my 360. They claimed the owners name did not match...duh, i just bought it. They wanted me to fax a copy of my title to them and I decided this site was just as good or better and did not bother.
If you register, (and manage to get your VIN corrected, get your name & address correct, etc.) you'll be able to access a few owner areas on the website that non-owners can't, and you'll have access to a few concierge services that non-owners don't. For example, if you want to attend a Ferrari sponsored event, there may be better tickets available, better toys, etc.Well, Im glad then that it didnt work
Is there any advantage, save the shoddy mechanisms in the site, to registering?
I contacted their tech support and they fixed the issue. However, after all the agita, MyFerrari offers very little other than a list of equipment on your vehicle as delivered. The myferrari app hasn't gotten any better since this thread was created. It is seriously broken.
