My carrier called and said my car was loaded this morning. The representative, who is also the carrier owner, also sells Lamborghini's at a local dealer. He stated how nice he thought the car was. I thought he was just trying to make me feel good and that he probably says that about most, if not all, his customers' cars. He firmly denied that by saying he does see some newer F-cars in pretty bad shape; he made an example of a 348 that needed new paint, interior and a service. He again insisted that I had a special car.
I fly to Boise tomorrow and receive the car on thursday. I'll bring my camera along but I'm not sure I can send photos through a work 'puter.
I am a bit melancholy as well. The ex-owners were very sad to see her go but were still forced to sell. They were happy, though, that she was going to a good home (still don't who that represents  ).
I sure am glad I sold the Volvo and my motorcycle. I couldn't have done this without doing so. Plus, it really helps to have an understanding wife; much like the relationship between Hannibal Lecter and Jody Foster.... (8)
Thanks for reading. Dane
