Since i kinda started talking about movies with barry
I was wondering who knowes some good movie with cars preverably with Ferrari's in them.

here are some from the top of my head
Ferris Beuller's Day of: 250 GT Spyder California
Gone in 60 seconds: 275, 355, 550,...

Rain Man: 412 but not really seen being driven hard
Fast & The Furious: F355 vs Supra (moded)
The Family Man: 550 Maranello
Scent of a Woman: awesome scene with a blind man driving
Golden Eye: best opening, James Bond in Aston Martin vs F355 in the hills above Monaco
The Rock: yellow F355 chasing a Hummer in downtown San Francisco, suffers a horrible fate and gets crushed
Who's Harry Crumb: John Candy driving a 250(i think, its been a long time since) blind folded

I remember another one it was with Robert Deniro he is blind and driving a Mondial and his passenger was tellinghim to turn left or right.
Perhaps that's scent of a woman???

In the rock the crash with 355 isn't real (at least I hope :wink: ), the car just folds to easely.

A couple of other car movies but not with Ferrari's
Taxi 1 & 2: a really cool modified Peogeot 406, mercedesses, Lancer Evo's and a lot of crashes

Yes the movie with the Mondial is Scent of a Woman and the actor is Al Pacino. Another movie with a awesome car scene but horrible plot is Driven. Seeing two CART cars race through downtown Chicago is awesome. The crashes in the movie are way to fake to even be believable to anyone that watches open wheel racing.

hey who can forget the perfect 250 GT California in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" -- although they must have used a replica in the movie, especially when it falls of a cliff!

don't worry james i mentioned the movie in the beginning.
the first time that i saw that movie i practically freaked out at the end.
I'm pretty sure that they used a replica, no way that they have used a real one

The Hidden has a couple of great scenes with Ferraris. It opens with a great chase scene involving a 308, and a Mondial is in it as well. The premise of the movie is that an alien comes to earth and takes over peoples bodies. The alien likes Ferraris, so it is always trying to pick one up. Great movie.

Don't forget the 275 NART convertible in "The Thomas Crown Affair" (no, not the awful remake, but the Steve McQueen version).

550 and 575M in Bad Boys 2. The 550 plays a big part in a large chase scene. You get to hear the car quite a bit. Although if you purchase the DVD and wtch the special features, you will find they computer animated most of that. Although the only complaint I have is that they seem to try to play the cars off as the same car and not 2 different cars, although I must say that most people viewing the movie probably wouldn't be able to tell the differences...except us Tifosi of course.

I heard most of the enginesounds were of a Ferrari-V8... I didn't notice it.

Charlies Angels guys...BOTH of them...a 360 with Cameron Diaz driving and Lucy Lu and Drew Barrymore in the passenger seat. (HOTTIES!!!!) in the first and an ENZO with Demi Moore driving in the second!! Also a 250(?) chasing a Maser Spyder.

I think the original Cannonball Run had Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. driving a 308

True Cannonball did have a 308. Scary thing is...I am watching that movie now.
