i am missing both of the cigarette lighters from my 1983 mondial qv.
i've been told that they might be the same as fiat lighters of the same period.
could anybody give me more information, ie yes/no or what model of fiat.

maybe www.italiancarparts.com can help you, otherwise I'm sure the dealer can. I don't think that will be a expensive item.

Are you sure they are missing? When I got my '84 Mondial QV, I thought the same thing. Then someone pointed out to me that the European cigarette lighters are different. Apparently, you just stick the cigarette into the thing. It doesn't have a separate element like most others you see.

I tried to insert a cigarette lighter adapter and of course it didn't fit. If you have the unit with the daisy-ring of bent metal prongs, I'm told that's all there is. No insert element. Go figure.
