Is 360 Chellenge street legal? meaning... can i buy it and use it for other than track use? Also, what are some things that are not included in 360 chellenge that are in 360 Modena?

360 Challenge

Welcome to the forum. I do not think the 360 Challenge is street legal. The regular 360 will include well just about everything on the interior the Challenge does not have. The Challenge will have a roll cage, racing seats with 4 point harness seat belts, different wheel, no leather etc. The Challenge is a race car while the 360 a street car.

In europe the challenge is streetlegal, for the states i don't know.
Unfortunally the GT isn't gonna be streetlegal

Thats not entriely true. There is ONE road legal one. Its because of a mix up at Ferrari NA. They sent the owner an MSO The guy's attorney received this in the mail and assumed the owner wanted to register it, and a few weeks ago he recived plates, tags and registration in the mail.

Wouldn't there be some kind of code letter/number in the VIN, that would flash red lights at the DMV saying it was not a legal car?

(Just like when trying to use Carfax, it won't work for Euro cars as they have a letter and/or number in the VIN that isn't in use for US cars).

Sound en emissions for sure, and I think other bumpers. But maybe because it is a completely different model you will nedd to crashtest 3 of them.

I guess I just learned something. So there is a 360C and a 360CS. When people would refer to a 360 challange I allways thought they meant the CS.
