I just fell in love with this color on this ferrari.

It's a 360 Spider.

My ? is what color is that? It kinda looks like it has some blue in it.

I would like to find out what color and paint code please.

California Blue I think. Others here probably know the code.

I would think Grigio Alloy.
Sport Auto has a 360 Modena for sale in this color.

It is Grigio Alloy. One of the new colours first introduced with the Modena models.

Now the newest colour that is added to the options list is Rosso Scuderia. This is the same colour as the F1 racing car.

Trust these guys they are right. But, if you like blueish silver colors you may also like Azzurro California. In my humble opinion, I belive this color looks better on a 575M, but the color is still highly attractive on the 360 Modena Spider.

I agree, the Azzurro California is a nicer colour. Those friends who bought the 360 Modena in Grigio Alloy sold them after a short while and bought red ones instead.

You were lucky to get to take a look at the real thing!
2 things bother me about the owner of that particular car.
First - Having the top down and the windows up has always been a pet peeve of mine. I think it looks absolutely stupid. "But I don't want that much air!" Then put the top up and roll the windows down! It is probably his wife that makes him roll the windows up.
Second - You've got a new Ferrari, almost a quarter million USD. The front registration plate has been attached to the car with duct tape.

that pic is taken at Munsterhuis, a ferrari dealer in holland
and that plate is a garage plate, normal dutch plates are yellow with black letters

Yes, that car was on their ground, so it wouldn't be stolen that quickly.
And indeed, those are dealerplates, normal plates are attached the normal way.

Grigio Ingrid, isn't that that very dark metal color? Gunmetal color? That is gorgeous
