i've seen that rim before, and i thought it was on a testarossa

I think that's a Speedline 3-piece rim, an after-market fit. I think the car is an F40.

you can also see the start of the radiator vents on the side, the F40 does not have those.

Man that is a tough one. It almost looks like a testarossa with some kind of body kit. My first thought was F40, but the fender is slightly different. When do we find out what it is?

gougoul was the winner. I gave just enough of the beginning of the fender to hint towards TR but the modifed front makes it look F40ish. Anyone care to post another?
