Got the 550

Hi everyone,

i just wanted to thank those who gave me good hints on what to look at in a 550. I just got mine yesterday, it's definitly a great car.

Enjoy the car! I am glad we were able to help you. I'm sure you and Bart (another 550 owner here) will get along really well. He feels lonely with all the V8 Ferraris here :wink:

i can understand that, too many v8s....

The Maranello simply looks stunning from any angle. Hope my wife won't be too jaleous.
It's so much fun to go to work in it !

Hi,

Once black, you never turn back, or how was that ?, Anyway, the car is just too beautiful , arghhhhhhhhhhhh
sorry i couldn't find time to shoot some pics.
I'll try to do it this week-end ,unless, as weather forecast seems to say, snow will ground the beast....

Lastly, about my wife, she really loves the rides in the car, but i'm not so sure about her driving the beast ( i think i frightened her a bit too much with the hard clutch/shifter), anyway, she'll have to give it a try.

I find it very funny that you also refer to the 550 as "the beast." I guess this is its new nickname. Enjoy it. We will be looking forward to the photos.

The 550 is a beast. It is too powerful for me so I can only drive it with the chains of the "Normal" mode or sometimes the "Sport" mode. To unchain it, the beast would devour me.

I respect my sweet thing greatly!
