The FIA is giving the National Hockey League a run for its money in terms of disfunctional management. What a mess.

There can only be one party to blame for this mess - Michelin. If the roles were reversed and only the minority Bridgestone runners were effected, would the erection of a chicane have been an option at all? I definitely don't think so.

Having said all that, the result is great for the overall championship!
