Does anyone know what happened to the book Ferrari - Original V12 volume 2 (volume 1 is thru the 365 GTC/4) by Keith Blumen (sp?). Was it ever published ?

what's strange is that barnes and noble has an ISBN # on this book already, implying that it has gone through publication. it's quite comprehensive with a description, publication date (aug 2002), and publisher (MBI). was it pulled out?
