Just wanted to say hello to everyone and let you know that the new store here in Northern California will be open later this month.

I look forward to getting to know all of you.

If I can be of any assistance please let me know.

Hello Parris

is this a new dealership? or did it change names?
and is it an official dealer or a luxury dealer?
This is a brand new location and a factory authorized dealer
Welcome to the forum. I'll have to stop by your dealer in the near future. I'm just up a ways in San Francisco. If you haven't already I suggest checking out the classified section.
What's the location of your dealership ? A link to your website would come handy.
If official, it's not listed (yet ?) on the Ferrari NA website.

Their grand opening is next week I believe. Ferrari NA expanded this year for a total of 26 dealers in NA if I recall correctly.
Ok, but WHERE is it in the Bay area ?

redwood city according to google :)
Well, I went by today...and wow, I guess I shouldn't have been so suprised at how crowded it was. But yeah, the place has been getting some GREAT local press, on the news and in the 2 big bay area newspapers (SJ Merc, SF Chronicle). I guess I should've expected it when I saw the article yesterday.

But anyways, to the point. The dealer is not in the best neighborhood, but the hanky panky shop seems to have disappeared. They did a great job with the building and the interior and exterior look top rate. So I got to meet Art and he was very friendly. I even got a personal tour of the whole dealership and he told us all the inner workings and showed us all of the offices, the lounge, detail area, service area, food prep, and bistro. He seems to be pretty proud of the place. So it's pretty amazing, there, Art has his MC12 (only one in the states), Enzo, F50 GT1 001 and F50 on display. They also had an F430 coupe and Spider. Fantastic stuff! That MC12 is a BEAST in person. I quite like it, but I guess it's a matter of personal taste.

This really made my day. I think I'll be visiting down there quite often now...I don't know if that's good or bad yet. :p

How far north is it from Stanford mall on El Camino Real ?
I think it's about a 10 minute or so drive up from Stanford.

I uploaded a few more pictures here.
There was a big write up today in the San Francisco Chronicle. The reporter told how he enjoyed the ride in a 350. Yes, 350.

Those are the Central California people, you know.

12 cylinders or bust.

Yeah, there were articles on the chronicle, Mercury, and news reports on at least 1 of the local TV stations (CBS affiliate).

350...gees. I saw the article, but I just didn't read it. I just glanced at it online and...yes, you're right. And I believe they had a 360 challenge car there, not a 360 spider for rides.

It is just north of Atherton right where the trees end/begin on the street.

The high light of the event was the F50 GT, but there were way to many people there. I would guess 700+ people were at the event. Some nice cars did show up a couple Enzo's and a lot of Bentley CGTs.
yeah, Art said there were like 1000 people there, pretty crazy.

The highlight for me was the MC12, having seen the F50 GT1 before. Glad to see the GT1 all fixed up again though.

Yeah, so much for exclusive huh. I was hoping to meet some people from Ferrari NA. I figured 200 - 300 people. I walked in, looked at the F50 GT and MC-12 then left.
1000 people with an opening of a garage??

nice shots Justin
Thanks, Dirk.

Yeah, really, it was quite something apparently. Saturday was a bit more calm, but there were still quite a few people in there in comparison with a normal dealer. But definitely was worth the visit. I think I'm going to have to make regular visits down there now...
