OK this conversion is impossible to fine today because the company that made it start making it two years ago this conversion allows you to take your Ferrari 360 Modena rear clip and turn it into a F430 scud rear end look with the elevated exhaust tips coming out of the center. This kit will come with an extra set of the carbon fiber light housing area as well seen after the side in the first pictures. I do have the fab speed X pipe SCUD exhaust for this kit should you be interested for additional cost along with a pair of sport cats from fab speed as well for additional cost just let me know. The rear bumper and carbon fiber pieces along with a diffuser cost me over $5000 so this is a steal for whoever wants it. The last picture shows the kit test fit it on my Ferrari 360 prior to me stopping the build and selling the car for and upgrade.

I don't understand your question. everything comes together. Mounting brackets are already installed on the rear bumper
