my first post. glad i found this site as the topics on the forum are very informative. my question is whether anyone has recs regarding ferrari owners club vs ferrari club of america. are there differences? for ex. do both have meetings at indy for f1? does it matter in which part of the country one lives. I'm in Minnesota if it makes any difference. any tips would be great. thanks. rjk

Welcome rjk
i'm sure that one of the owners here can give you all the anwsers.
It's my experience with the european clubs is that they all have meetings, during track days with other clubs or private events.
Can i assume that you are also an owner?

rjk,

I joined FOA and FCA in January. FOA seems to be more West Coast oriented. I'd advise FCA membership. I've attended a couple of FCA events this year. Great group of people and you get The Prancing Horse, monthly newsletters and quarterly newsletters (Penn-Jersey is quarterly. I'm not sure of other regions).

I belong to each club. Sometimes the local event is good, sometimes the other club is better. Many belong to both. Check out both their web sites for what you wish to do. Most have monthly meetings. Both do go to Indy. In my area, both clubs sometimes unite for an event.

Glad you have you here.
Andrew, they also have the monthly Newsbulletin you could advertise as well.

If you want info on rates and ad sizes, I may pass that along to you.
Peter,
Thank you for the offer. I will probably take you up on it. Which do you feel as a member is read more the monthly newletter or the quarterly magazine?

for many years I was a member of both FOC anf FCA. Both had many advantages... nice newsletters, schedule of events etc. However, I found FOC to be almost totally West Coast oriented...I recommend FCA because they have events all over the country.
