I think classics deserve a time period in which they are defined as classics. After 25 yrs and they have stood the test of time and popularity these cars should fit the classic era. Modern cars have no place as classics until they have run the same time period as older cars.

Plus PA does not have a sales tax. Correct me if I am wrong but that's what I understand.
