As Stradale mentioned, the 328 has aged much better than the 348. Suggest you drive both and see which you prefer. The 308-328 series is regarded as "classic" and highly successful. The 348 is much more controversial and its Testarossa type styling has not aged as well.

On the major services, the cambelts are an engine out job on the 348 but not on the 328. Taking the engine out every 3-4 years is a major cost factor overh the longer term.
