Sad day yesterday. The F50 headed off for its annual service and to get the annoying occassional hot running issue fixed. However it is a good time of year to get everything done as the opportunities to drive it are few and far between. In any event, it will now be in perfect condition for FLED #2.

Did take it out for a short drive before it disappeared into the belly of the track. It still is a great thrill even to just drive it down the street. Amazing machine.

Hope it's a easy fix and would love to see (and hear) it during fled#2.
Thanks to your inspiring posts I re-read all literature on the F50 and wondered if it could be considered as an 355 with all sensations / intensity multiplied by 100?

Oh, I guess I catch the next flight down south....!
Please stop by anytime.:steeringwheel:

Got to spend a bit of time behind the wheel today. What a fantastic car. The F50 is really in a league of its own. Enormous grip and power. The acceleration really is unworldly.

Even got a few nice compliments from fellow drivers and pedestrians.

Great to have it back.
