Yep, Laffite was one of the top F1 drivers in the 70's & 80's, best known for his years driving for Ligier & Williams, and won several races, he retired after he broke both his legs during a crash at the start.

But i'm defenitly in love with the sound the LM makes, also notice how he somethimes struggles a bit with the car, it sure looks like a real beast to drive

I must say it wasn't an all out effort by him. It's a casual drive on a race track. He's struggling with the gear change, especially when the car is still "cold". But I like his calm demeanor, signs of an accomplished driver. :)

Top watch!

I also noticed his trouble shifting at the start.

There is an F40 that i have seen in Sydney on one occasion. I think it is in the Toaster Building.

Maybe i will go ask the owner for a drive :)
