You managed it in one. Not as much of a long shot as I thought perhaps??
Berlinetta.
A much longer shot on someone's initials though.
F12 BER was not about when I went hunting for a registration so took up the next best in my eyes. Then found the V12 plate so removed that from the open market too.
Not sure if ill keep either yet.

I bought V12 FBM to go on my Maranello - not the greatest of plates but it was cheap and a bit of fun.

LOL Paul!

What's the limit in Germany for plates? I don't see many customised as such.
Some regions wont let you choose, some do,
i really did not think i would get that one as its so obvious!
you have to have the first letter or letters as thats the region then one or two letters and then numbers
we have a car also in Duisburg office that i picked but its more business related and not so cheeky! but a great car a 550dm just drove it last week and its super!

If someone wants a plate that only other Ferrari owners will get, and not many of them, try your engine type. My car would be F133E, a 612 F133F or F133H (OTO), and a 599 would be F140C. Engine type is in your owners manual. Or F133EV12, V12F133E, 575F133E, F133E575.

You can also use the engine displacement. Mine would be 5748CC or 5748V12. Displacement is in the owners manual as well. 515HP or 434LBFT would work, too. 6SPDV12, 202MPH, etc. 0604SEC.

Lots of F40s have plates that begin with F40, never understood that. Why do you need to put the car's model number of a plate. I already know what it is.
Makes it easier on the old memory banks and a bit of fun. Although I've only put plates on the Tes and the B barge as they had them before only to discover a pre assigned plate given by the dealer.
