Both 348 and F355 owners have a lot of passion about the two cars designs. What is the preference and why ?

It really is a tuff qeustion but I'd have to pick the F355. I think it is more elegant and refined than the 348s design. The 348 has some Testarossa in it, but as the car ages I like the sides less.

Andrew said it. the 355 is more elegent. For me it's a btter design. It's not copied from any other model, even parts of it, that's why i like it more. The 348 can look dated and from the side it is almost a Testarossa, a "butch" car and one that I liked untill I drove it. It was baaaad. But hen again I drove the car after having experienced the feel of a 355, 360 and 550. So it's a dated design and shows it's age.

So it's the 355 over the 348, for me.

F355 hands down. It is a more elegant design overall. The 348 is also beautiful in my opinion, but allways reminds of a Testarossa wannabe. The 348 has some details that were far better executed on the later 355 series, like the side air intakes, wheels, hood and rearlights.

Per the evidence found in my garage, my vote goes to the F355. I prefer the round tail lights and door air scoops on the F355.
