Is it a straightforward job to replace the fuel pump *non-return valve* for a 3.2? This is located between the pump & accumulator just beside the fuel tank.

Can the unit just be swapped for new and the lines just fitted back up, or does the FI system need special handling (bleeding, pressurising, etc)? I confess to being an EFI newbie, but am well exp with carbs & general mech. I am hoping that any air that gets in the system would just get blown through when the pump comes on, as the tank-pump link won't be touched.

Thanks.
