Ferrari announces 1 day for the launch of their new 2003 F1 contender that Felipe Massa will take over the role of test driver instead of Luciano Burti.

How can they kick out Burti, he has proven himself of beeing one of the toptest drivers

well, he left out of his free will, but they did fire him.
No wonder, they still have another 4 years with Massa's contract and only 1 with Burti's
