Dear friendsWell, not for lot 621 - a 365GT4 BB at 55 - 65k GBP, that's really a low number for 365BB's. It will need an engine rebuild (last service 4,000 miles ago, but it has only driven 2,500 since 2005), but still - it's a bargain. Interestingly, it's cheaper than a 512BB (lot 694) which doesn't look that much cleaner to me.
I'm very taken by the blue AC Ace Roadster (lot 618), by the way. What a lovely car.
The 330 GT 2+2 looks like a bargain as well at 40 - 50k GBP, but would you really dare to buy a lot with number 666?
Onno
Please do not understand me wrong...I do not want to chase anybody on falling prices but it's just the little boy within me that is staring at the christmas tree (in a sense) and a grown up human, just being tired of listening to all the nonsense over ever rising prices...just think at the crude oil argument some time ago...!
Besides JazzyO, the 365 BB on sale in Gstaad is a fantastic car. I have driven it personally and it performs spectacular..believe me. Anybody interested in a 365 BB should have a deep look at this car. The owner has done everything to it ! Unfortunately his price idea at the time was rather high (6 month ago) but I called him just to find out that he's putting his car on auction. I wonder that he's willing to sell it about 35% lower than the prices he told me. (after deducting his expected 10% fee to Bonhams.) To sad, it's a great Boxer, who will not fail. (just 2-3 points which are unoriginal)
