Bummer Niels
I have had pretty good luck with Ebay - Just bought a 2001 Wrangler from Boston on there (I am in California) and a 1987 328 GTS from New York that got put on the truck yesterday.
Once I ordered backgammon pieces and they shipped them without letting the varnish dry. The pieces were stuck together and the mosiac came apart while unsticking them. Since the item was only $15, I didn't try & send them back or contact the seller. I left neutral feedback explaining the problem. Of course the seller then gave me neutral feedback with the explanation "Buyer didn't give me a chance to correct problem." Not sure why I get neutral feedback for a prompt payment and then not even returning the item to them!
Like you Niels, it is my only non-positive feedback.
