Hi all,

Although this post seems to be better suited for the general discussion, I post it here since it has to do with Ferrari memorabilia which is sold by this guy quite often (scaledetails).

I bought from him twice and twice the packaging was severly damaged. He keeps blaming te postal services over and over again. However, he puts his merchandise (im my case around 4 kilo) in a paper package of maybe 5mm thin to sent it to Europe   and then is very surprised it will not make it.

Since I received anything I ordered I did not want him to leave negative feedback. Instead of the two items I left one positive and one neutral explaining the packaging thing. As always I pay the items as soon as possible, just as in this case. I receive a positive and neutral feedback on my account. I have checked his profile a little better and he only seems to leave positive feedback as he receives it himself. Very childish behavior and very unprofessional in my opinion!! :stupid:

I am not really upset with it, but he is the first feedback I have that is not positive (of over 300!) and I did not do anything to deserve that. I mean my profile is not 100% positive anymore since such a weak person cannot stand criticism. I mailed him before I left the feedback and his response kept blaiming the postal services and stating he had never received any complaints before. Well, check his profile and see for yourself.

Just thought you might want to know what you might get into dealing with this guy. I am not saying he is a bad seller, but he definately is not a gentleman to deal with and you might end up with broken or damaged merchandise. On top of that the reaction you get is very childish. Why I post it here? He has many Ferrari memorabilia for sale!

Well, just needed to get that out of my system

Well,

I got a reaction from the guy which is just too pathatic for words. He said I left him feedback without contacting him first. Of course I did! He then said he had gladly worked something out. Like I said this was the second time with him and he had never offered anything to solve it. And last but not least:

His exact words: "I have thousands of happy customers worldwide and 2 Ferraris in my garage, so i don't think I will miss your bids....."

This guy is not the smartest I ever dealt with. It seems he does not understand what it is all about. It is not about the package that arrived damaged, it has all to do about his 'unfair' use of the feedback feature and after sales.

Received another email containing this statement:

"I was only pointing out the fact that my business ethics can't be that bad if they can allow me to drive my dream cars....Successful business people don't drive Nissans......"

Well, I only have one word for this kind of comments: looser!

No no Andrew,

He was pointing two his two Ferraris. I have a Nissan, but since I am still a student I cannot worry about that. I am no businessman either so.. Anyway, this whole mud throwing was all beside the point I was making so a very lame excuse.

Those 350Z cars are way cool!!!!! They are not yet available here, only within one or two weeks and I heard they already sold 30.000 of them in the rest of the world!

Man I love the looks of that car. And being Japanese it won't be technically weak too. One of the very few new affordable cars that are actually cool!
