This program is a repeat of a program that aired on the Discovery Channel a few years back when the F50 was new.
And it cover the world of fast car like the Callway tuned Vette. The last of a era Porsche 911 Twin Turbo (air=cooled) and most importantly for F-Chat The F50 With Lots of Footage of the F50 doing it's thing.
Like Power Slides around Fiorano and of course the scream of that V-12 an a look in side the factory. The show is narrated by Jay Leno. And it's a pretty good show.

Another American TV Alert Crossed Posted With F-Chat.

Ah, saw the last 40 minutes of that 1-hour show which didn't air until 3 a.m. after a hot day in L.A. - it's going to be hotter Sunday, you SoCalians, so brace yourselves.

Did you notice the Ferrari test driver maintains the hands in the correct position (catch, release, catch) throughout turns, while the Porsche test driver had his hands turned over 180° on his turns?

Also quite a telling difference in assembly procedures, as the Porsche facility looked like a McDonalds at high noon, while Ferrari was hands-on throughout - not a robot in sight.

Afterwards, there was what appears to be a documentary starting at a car show - the host was most excited while in the Ferrari section, though he has a particular affection for the E-Type Jaguar. At this moment in TV-Land on what appears to be the next week's show, he's looking at a particularly sad example of one to restore. I believe the show is called "Men at 10" with "A Car is Reborn" being the central theme.

He can enjoy his Jag-you-are project, as the sound of a Ferrari is music to my ears.

The E-Type restore on a Car Reborn is a MK II with the 4.2 convertible inline six the car most E-Type aficionado's say is the one to have.
The program itself has been repeating on the same channel since last fall onthe weekends.
They also have a guy on the series test drive some affordable classic road cars around a race track in England Notting Hill??
But the program I'm talking about it's real name Fast Cars: The pwer and the Passion.
They also run the F50, the 911, and the Callaway on a section of road in Montana.
For those part's the guy driving the F50 is Giuseppe Risi owner and runner of Risi Competizione.
Also I should say the show was aird on tv in 1997..
