Do you mean it won't DISengage? That is pressing on the pedal doesn't disconnect the gearbox from the engine? Can you give more info - does the pedal feel the same as before, or is it heavier / lighter?

If not disengaging, can start with :
1. Look under the car at the clutch mechanism while someone presses the pedal - does the slave cylinder operate properly (I assume it is a hydraulic clutch like the 328)?
2. Maybe you have popped the slave seal (will be fluid leaks), or maybe it needs to be bled of air.

Checking further, you have a mechanical (cable-operated) clutch, so forget much of above. Things are simpler - if it doesn't disengage then most likely either the cable is snapped or has become dislodged from the pedal or clutch housing, or something has gone wrong at the release bearing. Again, pressing the pedal should be moving the release arm at the clutch housing.
