No - "silkscreen" refers to the ink being forced through a silk panel - which is designed to only allow ink of that particular colour though to the paper in specific places.

Actually - that's a bloody awful explanation - I'll find a link for you!!!

I have a few pictures that are silkscreens - in my experience you get a considerably better, more vibrant result than some of the other old printing technicques - most specifically lithography.

Andrew, I went and visited that place when I was up in Toronto last summer. Pretty cool. They did indeed have some fantastic looking artwork and a quite sizeable collection of memorabilia like drivers suits and helmets, car parts, many signed items, etc.
