The last note in my database for this car is when it was for sale in 2003 through Motorcars International of Springfield, MO. If they still service it, they'll know the owner.

I am the current owner of 91529, since 2015. I have all of the ownership and service records since new, including the original service books. It did go through Motorcars International.
