365 GT 2+2 Convertible Conversion ?

I have heard that 1 or 2 365 GT 2+2's were converted to soft-tops. Does any one have any information or pictures of the cars ?

Do you have the SN ? It sounds like one of the cars I looked at a year ago.

unfortunually not, the guy that was selling wasn't there at the time, and the man standing at the stand didn't knew it nor did he had the key
