365 GT 2+2 Convertible Conversion ?

I have heard that 1 or 2 365 GT 2+2's were converted to soft-tops. Does any one have any information or pictures of the cars ?

365 GT 2+2 Conversion

I believe I saw another yellow conversion model at the www.royalpalmmotors.com in Florida. The dealer claims that the work was done in Italy. The asking price was $135,000. Looks great, whether you like the idea or not. Jimmy
