I can't remember what it is, but it is something like the F1 gearbox, or something with the shifting gets hot. Why does that happen? it is really confusing to me.
It gets hot because there is not a torque converter like your typical automatic so there is constant friction when the car is in a low gear at a low speed and friction over time creates heat.
